Natura Research does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

• Ordering the wrong product

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery

• Products that have been opened, altered, or used

• Refusal of delivery or failure to receive a shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
